The goals in family counseling are to establish healthy communication strategies, identify family structures, and develop patterns of behavior used to build and improve healthy relationships.
I work with couples to help them identify difficulties in communication, develop effective strategies for healthy connection, and strengthen their commitment to each other.
When going through life changes, struggling to make adjustments, anxious, depressed or simply overwhelmed, individual counseling allows a client to meet one-on-one with a therapist. My approach focuses on the individual's inner strengths and helps them move forward in the direction they desire.
